UK DELIVERY METHODS

All orders made before 15:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, orders made after 15:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. 

Please Note -

Next Working Day Delivery orders made after 3:00pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday, (This Is A Working Day Service). If you require the order for the weekend then a Saturday Delivery will need to be purchased at the checkout. 

Second Class Delivery can take up to 5 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, between 7.30am and 6pm.


First Class Delivery can take up to 2-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, between 7.30am and 6pm.

If you select Next day delivery or Saturday for delivery type and you order after 3pm, your order will not arrive the following day, and we will not be able to issue a refund on this.

If Royal Mail fail to delivery your item because of fault of your own (wrong shipping address) or you fail to collect your item from the Royal Mail sorting office in the timescale given by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for this matter.

Cancellation and Returns

Here at MÓDE LONDON we aim to give our customers the very best hassle free return policy. Below is a list of details regarding returning or cancelling policy & your customer rights

To cancel your order, please email our customer service team at info@modelondonclothing.com before the order has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched then unfortunately we won't be able to stop the parcel throughout transit and you would be required to return the order.

You can cancel your order anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after you take possession of the goods.

Please take reasonable care of the goods once received. Customers are to be made aware that we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund that will be issued to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Sale Items

Please be aware that any items purchased in a SALE can not be returned for a refund as they are subject to clearance.

Therefore Refunds will not be provided to the customer for any sale items in any circumstance.

The following products may not be returned under this policy:

Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway.

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • For all UK customers, You must return your items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
  • For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 30  days of receiving your parcels.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • We do not offer free returns postage, therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs.
  • All customers must complete and insert the return slip when returning their items. If you have lost your return slip you can email us for a replacement.
  • All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes).

VOUCHER CODES

  • The following Terms and Conditions apply to all promotion codes or discount code offers.
  • Discount Codes and offers are valid on full price items only unless otherwise advertised.
  • Offers exclude all gift cards and other selected items.
  • To take advantage of an offer, the relevant Promotion Code must be entered at the checkout.
  • No cash or any other alternative will be given
  • The discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days’ of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with us prior to returning.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 14 days for us to handle your return and a further 7 days for your refund to be processed.
